I'm impressed with your site, especially the call history and sense of community you help create.
Marion Va, my home town, had a volunteer force into the '80s, and firefighters were held in high regard. Gear at the ready in your trunk or behind your pickup seat carried genuine community status.
I've been invited to your strawberry festival as a writer/storyteller. Hope to meet some of you there.
